UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The outgoing United Nations envoy on Yemen warned on Monday that enforcing a new arms embargo targeting the Houthi militia could accidentally prevent the delivery of desperately needed humanitarian aid to the poor country on the Arabian peninsula.
