High-ranking officials to meet in Qom
QOM – The country’s high-ranking officials will attend a nationwide meeting of ulema and Qom Seminary Teachers in the shrine city of Qom from June 18 to 19. President Mahmud Ahmadinejad, Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Mahmud Hashemi Shahrudi, and Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani are scheduled to attend the conference, Qom Seminary Teachers Society deputy chairman Ayatollah Morteza Moqtadaei told reporters on Sunday.
