Former Tehran prosecutor sentenced to lashes
Said Mortazavi, former Tehran prosecutor and director of Social Security Organization, has been sentenced to 135 lashes by a law court. Mortazavi will receive the lashes for having misused public property, said Mostafa Tork Hamediani, a lawyer of workers who had plead against the former Social Security officer, IRIB news agency reported November 2.
