Azeri musician Alim Qasimov to join Iranian band in Tunisian concert
Azeri maqami musician Alim Qasimov will be joining an Iranian band to perform a concert at the 49th International Festival of Carthage in Tunis./ Vocalist Mohammad Motamedi will lead the group, which also features Sina Jahanabadi on kamancheh, Azad Mirzapur on tar, Pasha Hanjani on ney, and Hossein Rezaeinia and Milad Abassi on daf./ The concert has been scheduled for August 3 at the festival, which is currently underway in Tunisia.
