UN committee takes no action on Iran envoy dispute
UNITED NATIONS (AP) — A U.N. committee has taken no action on the U.S. refusal to grant a visa to the Iranian diplomat chosen by Tehran to be its new U.N. ambassador after hearing from both sides. The committee is charged with dealing with the United States as host of the world organization.
