Turkish investigators searching the Saudi Arabian consulate where journalist Jamal Khashoggi went missing have found fresh coats of paint, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said. Police and prosecutors on Monday inspected the consulate building in Istanbul for over eight hours and on Tuesday widened their search to include the Saudi consul’s residence, a short distance away.
