Iranian FM Zarif proposes 'regional dialog forum' amid fresh tension
Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has proposed the establishment of "a regional dialogue forum in the Persian Gulf" where "fresh conflict and tension" is brewing despite the defeat of Deash terrorists.
