Iran unveils new home-made radar systems
Iran unveiled two new home-made radar systems on the occasion of the Iranian Air Defense Day. The Keyhan and Arash 2 radar systems were unveiled during a ceremony attended by Brigadier General Farzad Esmaili, commander of Khatam al-Anbia Air Defense Base on Sept. 1, Iran's Tasnim news agency reported. Keyhan is a 2-dimensional long-range radar, capable of discovering large number of aerial targets including stealth bombers, Esmaili said.
