Iran says it has offered Pakistan and China participation in India's Chabahar project
The Chabahar port project is being built by India for the express purpose of bypassing Pakistan/ India's therefore not likely to be pleased with Iran's comments about offering Pakistan participation in the project/ It's possible though that Iran was merely making conciliatory remarks to assure Islamabad/ , a port that is being built by India for the express purpose of bypassing Pakistan.
