Iran's top leader says not to rely on West for scientific progress
TEHRAN, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Wednesday that relying on the western states will not contribute to the country's scientific growth, state TV reported.
