Iran's Persepolis advance to AFC Champions League final
TEHRAN, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Persepolis advanced to the AFC Champions League final for the first time with a 1-1 draw with Al Sadd of Qatar on Tuesday, winning 2-1 on aggregate. Baghdad Bounedjah's shot put the visiting team to the lead in the 17th minute in front of 90,000 spectators in Tehran's Azadi Stadium on Tuesday. Siamak Nemati equalized later from Godwin Mensha's cross.
