Iran "not optimistic" about nuclear talks
supreme leader/ TEHRAN, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- The Islamic republic is not optimistic about the ongoing nuclear talks with the major powers, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said on Sunday.
