Iran leader: Nuclear progress not significant
NEW YORK (AP) — Iran's President says progress so far in nuclear talks with six major powers "has not been significant." Hassan Rouhani told a news conference Friday that the talks need to be speeded up if the Nov. 24 deadline for a final agreement is to be reached. He said Iran has made significant proposals, and the ball is now in the court of the six powers trying rein in his country's program.
