Iran falls at FIFA rankings, Belgium claims Team of the Year
Team Iran has dropped two places to 45th in the in the latest FHFA world rankings, released on Thursday. Carlos Queiroz’s men, who defeated Turkmenistan 3-1 and Guam 6-0 respectively in the 2018 World Cup qualification, still is the best Asian football team in the standings, followed by South Korea (51st), Japan (53rd), Australia (57th) and the UAE (65th). Belgium claimed the Team of the Year award for 2015 and Turkey received the award for best Mover of the Year thanks to the 329 points it collected over the last 12 months of football. ...
