Extension of nuclear talks helps "mutual understanding": Iranian official
TEHRAN, July 17 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad- Javad Zarif said on Thursday that both sides of the nuclear negotiations need an extension of time, as they could not agree on the components of a final deal before the July 20 deadline.
