EU spokeswoman says Europe's trade mechanism with Iran going on
The European Union says there is "an advancement" in a long-anticipated trade mechanism, called the INSTEX, with Iran, after Tehran's announcement of a decision to further cut its commitments under a 2015 nuclear accord it signed with major world powers. "There is an advancement when it comes to this instrument and the first transactions are being processed.
