DAR ES SALAAM (Reuters) - Tanzanian President John Magufuli on Friday ordered the arrest of those responsible for a packed ferry sinking on Lake Victoria with a death toll of at least 136 and scores of people still missing. The ferry MV Nyerere capsized just a few meters from the dock on Ukerewe, the lake's biggest island, which is part of Tanzania. Initial estimates suggested there were more than 300 people on board.
