Crude oil futures edge higher in Asia Wednesday after the possibility of a quick diplomatic easing of tensions between the U.S. and Iran dimmed at an United Nation meeting of world leaders. The U.S. President Barack Obama argued the U.S. case before world leaders for resolving the Middle East's deepest conflicts, but faced pushback from Iran which dimmed hopes that had been building for a rapid leap forward.
