TEHRAN, March 18 (UPI) -- Tehran said it would enact temporary rationing to cut gasoline demand as the country faces potential sanctions and pressure on imports, officials said. Vitol, one of the world's largest oil and gas traders, said it would stop dealing with Iran, prompting several other leading traders to follow suit.
