Turkish FM plans to visit Iran for nuclear talks

ANKARA, Feb. 9 (Xinhua) -- Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is expected to pay a visit to Iran for nuclear talks, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported on Tuesday.
