The US government has asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit against an anti-Iran group on grounds that the case could reveal state secrets and threaten national security./ The defamation lawsuit was filed in federal court in New York last year by Greek businessman and ship owner Victor Restis against a group that calls itself United Against A Nuclear Iran (UANI).
