U.K. Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond became the first senior western official to publicly acknowledge that nuclear talks with Iran may need to be extended once again, saying he wasn't optimistic a deal could be reached by Monday./ Mr. Hammond's comments, which were made on a visit in the Latvian capital, come on the second day of what is supposed to be the final round of negotiations on Iran's nuclear program.
