KRG president to visit Iran amid border tension
TEHRAN – Almost five years after his last formal visit to Iran, Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) President Masoud Barzani will travel to Tehran in the near future amid concerns voiced by the Iranian side over border security with the Kurdish territory.
