WASHINGTON (AP) — Secretary of State John Kerry says Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu might be wrong about his opposition to negotiating a deal with Iran to curb its nuclear program. Kerry told the House Foreign Affairs Committee Wednesday he didn't want to comment on Netanyahu's upcoming speech to Congress next week.
