GENEVA — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has arrived in Switzerland to resume Iran nuclear talks as negotiations go down to the wire against an end-of-month deadline for the outline of a deal. With just days until that target is reached, Kerry touched down in Geneva late Wednesday and was driving to the lake resort of Lausanne.
