Iran leader approves further nuclear negotiations
TEHRAN, Iran — Iran’s supreme leader on Tuesday gave his indirect approval for a continuation of talks over its disputed nuclear program, criticizing world powers who many frustrated Iranians believe could have worked harder to reach a deal with the country.
