Iran keens to resume oil swap with Caspian states
Iran is keen to resume oil swap with its northern neighbors that was halted for the last four years, saying all parties will benefit from it. The Islamic Republic was carrying out oil swap with the Caspian Sea and Central Asian states from 1997 to 2010.
