احتمال برگزاری دادگاه سعید مرتضوی

سعید مرتضوی، دادستان سابق تهران تفهیم اتهام شد. به گزارش تابناک مرتضوی که در پرونده حادثه کهریزک متهم بود، در زمینه های «معاونت در قتل»، «نقض حقوق شهروندی» و «هتک حیثیت ناجا» تفهیم اتهام شده است و احتمالا به زودی به محاکمه خواهد رسید. سایت تابناک منبع خود برای درج این خبر را ذکر نکرده است. این در حالی است که دادستان سابق تهران و رئیس ستاد مبارزه با قاچاق کالا، در تیرماه سال جاری خبر از برائت خود در اتهامات این پرونده داده بود اما اژه ای، دادستان کل کشور و سخنگوی قوه قضائیه این خبر را تکذیب کرد. پس از گذشت یک سال {بیش از دو سال} از حادثه ...
